In order to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, implement the deployment of the National Conference of Propaganda Ministers and the National Conference on Publishing (Copyright) Work, accelerate the cultivation and construction of a number of world-class printing enterprises, and in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the National Press and Publication Administration on Issuing the Management Measures for National Printing Demonstration Enterprises", organize and carry out the application work for national printing demonstration enterprises in 2023. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

1¡¢ Declaration category

Printing enterprises can voluntarily choose to apply for national printing demonstration enterprises in the categories of guarantee support, innovation leadership, intelligent manufacturing, or professional characteristics.

2¡¢ Declaration conditions

The application for national printing demonstration enterprises must meet the basic conditions stipulated in Article 6 and the corresponding category conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Management Measures for National Printing Demonstration Enterprises.

3¡¢ Declaration process

£¨1£© The declaring enterprise shall fill out the "Application Form for National Printing Demonstration Enterprise" and submit it to the provincial news and publishing authority where it is located.

£¨2£© Provincial news and publishing authorities shall organize preliminary review according to the application conditions, and submit the "Application Form for National Printing Demonstration Enterprises" (in triplicate) and "Summary Form for National Printing Demonstration Enterprise Application" of the enterprises that have passed the preliminary review to the National News and Publication Administration (mailing address: Room 902, No. 40 Xuanwumen Outer Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, postal code: 100052, contact phone number: 010-83138525) before June 9, 2023. 4¡¢ Job requirements

£¨1£© The competent departments of news and publishing in various regions should strengthen policy propaganda, encourage enterprises with lecture orientation, strength, and innovation to apply for national printing demonstration enterprises.

£¨2£© The competent departments of news and publishing in various regions should carefully review the application materials to ensure accurate and complete information filling. The applying enterprises must attach financial audit reports for 2021 and 2022.

£¨3£© The relevant provincial (autonomous region, city) news and publishing authorities shall revoke the certificates and bronze medals of the original national printing and copying demonstration enterprises recognized from 2012 to 2015.
